The material of super Thermal-resistant aluminium alloy wire is an alloy with zirconium and other trace elements. By continuous casting of a specific alloy system and specific heat treatment process, the heat resistance of the wire can be improved without reducing the conductivity, so that the temperature of the wire can reach a short-term allowable temperature of 240 C.
Aluminum-clad invar wire shall be composed of a bare invar core (a kind of Ni-Iron alloy) with substantially uniform and continuous aluminum covering thoroughly bonded to it. Aluminum-clad invar wire shall be uniform in quality and smooth in surface and free from practically harmful defects such as flaw, rust, crack, etc.
The long-term operation temperature of Yingang super thermal-resistant aluminium alloy conductor can reach 210 ~C, and the short-term operation temperature can reach 240 ~C, which is more than twice the carrying capacity of conventional conductor when the long-term operation temperature is 70 ~C.
Aluminum-clad Yin steel core super thermal-resistant aluminium alloy strand has no restriction on the application area. It can be applied in gale, heavy ice area and large span. It has the same sag and tension characteristics as traditional ACSR conductor. It does not need to modify or strengthen the existing tower. The installation method is as simple and convenient as ordinary ACSR.
